Delivery & Returns Policy

Exchange Period

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to exchange any item.

Exchange Conditions

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for exchange:

• • Item must be unused and in original condition
• • All original tags and labels must be attached
• • Item must be in original packaging (if applicable)
• • No signs of wear, damage, or alterations

How to Exchange/Return

Return can be made directly with the driver upon delivery. If you need to exchange or return an item after delivery:

1. Contact us via phone within 10 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange/return
3. We'll arrange for item pickup
4. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

• • Return directly with the driver upon delivery, or
• • Contact us within 10 days to check availability of the desired item
• • We'll arrange pickup of the original item
• • Your new item will be delivered once we receive the return
• • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued in cash (COD) or bank transfer, based on your preference.

Amazing Deals Items

Items on amazing deals can be returned following the same policy. All returns must meet the standard conditions.
